Areas Covered
We deliver across County Durham, Sunderland, Hartlepool using our own temperature-controlled vehicles.
Delivery Days & Schedule
- We deliver Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday.
- Orders placed before midnight in Peterlee are delivered the next working day (Tuesday to Friday). We aim to deliver orders in other areas the next day but please allow up to 2 working days.
- If you prefer a specific delivery day, please mention it in the comments section when placing your order.
Delivery Areas & Days
- East County Durham (including Peterlee, Horden, Easington, Blackhall, Haswell, Hesleden, Castle Eden, Wingate, Station Town, Trimdons, Wheatley Hill, Shotton): Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- West County Durham (including Murton, Seaham, Hartlepool, Crimdon, Hutton Henry, Thornley, Ludworth, South Hetton, Easington Lane, Hawthorn, Hetton, Sunderland): Tuesday & Thursday
Shop Collection
We offer a free shop collection service during our opening hours. Simply place your order online or over the phone and collect it at your convenience.
Shop Opening Hours:
- Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid ID when collecting your items.
Additional Information
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, a re-delivery or collection from our shop may be necessary.
- We strive to meet all delivery timeframes; however, unforeseen delays may occur.
